About GoVision:

Freelance - Events:

GoVision is seeking freelance workers with industry knowledge and experience.  You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, setting up, programming/operating, and breaking down various equipment on site and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager(s) to ensure the timely delivery and retrieval of equipment.
  • On-site execution of the event ensuring GoVision’s high standards are met or exceeded and that all services are delivered in-line with GoVision’s contractual obligations and in-line with the customer’s expectations.
  • Close out each event by completing appropriate invoices and post-show reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned for Mobile and Modular Events.
Requirements:
  • The position is temporary/freelance
  • Events are located nationally.
  • Pay varies depending on position and skill level.
Physical requirements:

Knowledge of LED assembly, processing, rigging and project execution. Frequent lifting of up to 25lbs and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs is required.  Climbing ladders or screens working inside Live Event zones.  Periodical building of LED trailer screens. 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience.

Sales and Marketing Coordinator:

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for GoVision, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing teams to achieve their objectivesThis position will assist in maintaining client accounts and relationships to drive revenue and brand awareness.  

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client database and prospective clients within industry segments by calling, emailing, and following up on potential leads. 
  • Assist the Sales team with vendor quotes, RFP’s and presentation materials   
  • Update and maintain the mobile sales calendar 
  • Send all contracts to clients; track and maintain all executed contracts 
  • Maintain and update Sales force with current sales, contacts and potential leads.   
  • Communicate with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction prior, during and post event cycle; managing the GoVision Way for sales team 
  • Update and maintain the Photo Library 
  • Manage Social Media efforts as directed by marketing team 
  • Assist with website updates and content management 
  • Coordinate efforts to produce blog posts 
  • Work with marketing and professional relations team to produce and distribute press releases 
  • Manage hospitality events and client ticket bank 
  • Coordinate efforts to produce and distribute GoVision quarterly newsletter 
  • Assist with client gifts, marketing material and correspondence as directed 
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.  
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, HootSuite or other content management and social media delivery platforms is a preferred but not required. 
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering content to social media platforms; including Facebook, Linked-In, X and InstaGram 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

Project Manger:

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and completion of projects within an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Project Managers coordinate with various stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management, to ensure project success. 

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring clear communication among team members. Provide guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify resource needs and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials accordingly. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Regularly assess project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Budget Management: Develop project budgets and track expenditures throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and take corrective action as required.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and senior management. Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations. Assess change requests and obtain necessary approvals before implementation.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence. Ensure documentation is organized, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and document best practices. Use findings to improve future project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project). 
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies 
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred but not required.
