At GoVision, we believe we have been blessed with incredible employees, loyal clients, and a healthy business model. Considering we have much to be thankful for, GoVision feels we have an awesome responsibility to share our blessings by giving back to our community and helping others in need. Putting our intentions into action, GoVision created the GoForward Program, where each GoVision employee is provided a cash bonus on their hire date, affectionately named GoVersary, commensurate with the employee’s years of service to the company. The cash bonus is to reward and recognize our most valuable assets in our employees, however, in addition to the employee bonus, each GoVision team member is given a second bonus mirroring their GoVersary bonus. This second “donation” bonus is intended to be used by our employees to support a charitable organization or help someone in need. There are no rules regarding the donation except that it must be donated within 30 days of the award. That’s it – no rules or strings…just bless somebody because we have been blessed!

Through the GoForward Program, every GoVision employee is given an opportunity to experience the joy of giving, and, moreover, the program reminds the entire GoVision family that our business efforts and successes benefit more than just our owners, employees or corporate bottom line.
