Warehouse Manager:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, inventory handling, cleanliness, and outbound logistics. This role ensures efficient and accurate movement of equipment and materials while maintaining safety, organization, and inventory integrity. The Warehouse Manager also leads warehouse staff and independent contractors to support operational and event demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process large freight shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inventory records
  • Receive small package deliveries and distribute items to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Pull inventory from shelves based on project-specific pull sheets and prepare for deployment
  • Physically check out and check in inventory using established processes to ensure tracking accuracy
  • Load trucks efficiently and safely for local and outbound shipments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor, ensuring compliance with company and safety standards
  • Build and maintain warehouse racking and shelving, adapting layout for efficiency and growth
  • Initiate and maintain equipment handling training and documentation for warehouse personnel
  • Assist with inventory control tasks in collaboration with the Inventory Manager
  • Oversee the use, storage, and condition of equipment while in the warehouse
  • Maintain equipment storage areas, ensuring readiness for future deployments
  • Supervise Warehouse Associates and Independent Contractors, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance
  • Support asset preservation efforts through proper storage, cleaning, and preventive handling practices
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervises Warehouse Associates and contracted labor during shipping/receiving and staging operations
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedural guidelines
  • Provides training and mentoring to new and existing warehouse team members
  • Assists with labor scheduling, performance management, and workflow delegation
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
  • Experience supervising teams in a warehouse or operations setting
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems and logistics workflows
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the event production, AV, or LED industry
  • Experience with both short-term project-based and long-term inventory cycles
  • Mechanical aptitude for shelving, warehouse layout, and minor equipment repairs
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly works in a warehouse environment, including exposure to forklifts, ladders, and various equipment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Occasional work outside standard business hours based on operational needs

Freelance - Events:

GoVision is seeking freelance workers with industry knowledge and experience.  You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, setting up, programming/operating, and breaking down various equipment on site and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager(s) to ensure the timely delivery and retrieval of equipment.
  • On-site execution of the event ensuring GoVision’s high standards are met or exceeded and that all services are delivered in-line with GoVision’s contractual obligations and in-line with the customer’s expectations.
  • Close out each event by completing appropriate invoices and post-show reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned for Mobile and Modular Events.
Requirements:
  • The position is temporary/freelance
  • Events are located nationally.
  • Pay varies depending on position and skill level.
Physical requirements:

Knowledge of LED assembly, processing, rigging and project execution. Frequent lifting of up to 25lbs and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs is required.  Climbing ladders or screens working inside Live Event zones.  Periodical building of LED trailer screens. 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience.

Field Service Technician:

GoVision is seeking a freelance Field Service Technician to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of fixed LED video display systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Service fixed LED display systems pursuant in lead time and sequence to business needs.
  • Coordinate onsite maintenance and repair scheduling and protocol with GoVision clients.
  • Communicate service needs and contingencies with GoVision’ s Repair Services team.
  • Document all services rendered in accordance with department reporting guidelines.
  • Monitor and accommodate timelines of high priority or long-term service projects.
  • Provide administrative support on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
  • One year experience with LED display systems OR one year experience with commercial electrical systems.
Physical requirements:

Working conditions vary significantly by site, and often include working outdoors in adverse weather conditions. Acute vision and motor control are necessary to identify and manipulate small electronic components. Frequent lifting of up to 50lbs is required. Climbing ladders or rigging structure or working from a commercial lift may be required during field service.

Education:

High school diploma OR equivalent.

Skills:
  • Familiar with LED display troubleshooting and service.
  • Communicative and personable; able to navigate sensitive or high-pressure projects with GoVision clients.
  • Able to approach novel or unforeseen challenges from a solution-oriented standpoint.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities/timelines on short notice.
  • Well-organized and capable of maintaining a high standard of documentation.

  • Prep for checkout of Live Events Inventory.
  • Check-in Live Events Inventory.
  • QC/inspect all inbound inventory.
  • Clean and inspect all equipment and warehouse areas.
  • Other duties as described.
Requirements:
  • 3 years’ experience in the warehouse industry.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
Physical requirements:

Must be able to lift ~100lbs due to the nature of the size/weight of the gear that may be loaded. The ability to climb on ladders or another object. The ability to operate a forklift.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED AND/OR equivalent work experience.

Skills:
  • Organization of inventory.
  • Forklift operation and upkeep.
  • General knowledge of equipment and needed items for assembly.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Preferred: OSHA 10 Certification. Forklift certification.
