Marketing Manager:

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our brand presence and lead generation efforts. From crafting marketing strategy to creating scroll-stopping content, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute bold marketing strategies that elevate our brand
  • Create content that makes people stop and watch — videos, social posts, press releases, and more
  • Manage campaigns, budgets, and analytics to maximize ROI
  • Lead GoVision’s presence at conventions, trade shows, and fan-fueled events
  • Collaborate with PR firms, agencies, and our internal team to tell the GoVision story
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (B2B or sports/entertainment preferred)
  • A mix of creativity, strategy, and hustle
  • Proficiency with Canva or Adobe, Salesforce, and social media tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

Freelance - Events:

GoVision is seeking freelance workers with industry knowledge and experience.  You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, setting up, programming/operating, and breaking down various equipment on site and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager(s) to ensure the timely delivery and retrieval of equipment.
  • On-site execution of the event ensuring GoVision’s high standards are met or exceeded and that all services are delivered in-line with GoVision’s contractual obligations and in-line with the customer’s expectations.
  • Close out each event by completing appropriate invoices and post-show reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned for Mobile and Modular Events.
Requirements:
  • The position is temporary/freelance
  • Events are located nationally.
  • Pay varies depending on position and skill level.
Physical requirements:

Knowledge of LED assembly, processing, rigging and project execution. Frequent lifting of up to 25lbs and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs is required.  Climbing ladders or screens working inside Live Event zones.  Periodical building of LED trailer screens. 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience.

Field Service Technician:

GoVision is seeking a freelance Field Service Technician to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of fixed LED video display systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Service fixed LED display systems pursuant in lead time and sequence to business needs.
  • Coordinate onsite maintenance and repair scheduling and protocol with GoVision clients.
  • Communicate service needs and contingencies with GoVision’ s Repair Services team.
  • Document all services rendered in accordance with department reporting guidelines.
  • Monitor and accommodate timelines of high priority or long-term service projects.
  • Provide administrative support on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
  • One year experience with LED display systems OR one year experience with commercial electrical systems.
Physical requirements:

Working conditions vary significantly by site, and often include working outdoors in adverse weather conditions. Acute vision and motor control are necessary to identify and manipulate small electronic components. Frequent lifting of up to 50lbs is required. Climbing ladders or rigging structure or working from a commercial lift may be required during field service.

Education:

High school diploma OR equivalent.

Skills:
  • Familiar with LED display troubleshooting and service.
  • Communicative and personable; able to navigate sensitive or high-pressure projects with GoVision clients.
  • Able to approach novel or unforeseen challenges from a solution-oriented standpoint.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities/timelines on short notice.
  • Well-organized and capable of maintaining a high standard of documentation.

Preferred: OSHA 10 Certification

Fixed Onsite Coordinator:

The Fixed Onsite Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day coordination and supervision of subcontractors on installation sites. Acting as the on-the-ground liaison between the subcontractors, project team, and general contractor (GC), this role ensures smooth execution of tasks, manages rental deliveries, and provides regular progress updates to the Fixed Project Manager. The coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring site productivity, communication, and issue resolution during fixed installations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily onsite supervision of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project scope, safety protocols, and schedule
  • Provide assistance during installation of projects; cabling, clean up, punch, etc.
  • Maintain open communication with project team and general contractors to address questions, changes, and daily coordination needs
  • Receive and manage equipment rentals onsite, ensuring they arrive as scheduled, are inspected for condition, and returned properly
  • Submit daily progress reports to the Fixed Project Manager, including photos, labor activity, delays, or notable issues
  • Monitor and escalate any scope discrepancies, safety violations, or material delivery issues in real time
  • Serve as a field representative of the company, maintaining professional conduct and client-first focus
  • Assist in documenting field changes or punch list items for follow-up or project closeout
  • Confirm subcontractor presence, hours, and task completion to support invoice and PO validation
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in construction, AV, and/or LED installations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in field environments
  • Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and construction documents
  • Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols
  • Proficient in mobile reporting tools (e.g., daily logs, time tracking apps, or project platforms)
  • Ability to travel and be onsite for the duration of installation projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior supervisory or lead technician experience in fixed AV or LED environments
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience coordinating with subcontractors and general contractors on site
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Field-based role with full-time presence on active construction and installation sites
  • Must be able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Exposure to indoor and outdoor construction environments, including noise and variable weather
