WASHINGTON, D.C.- October 8,2026 – GoVision LLC, a premier provider of large-scale LED video solutions, brought its LED expertise to the nation’s capital this summer for the Mubadala DC Open, delivering a turnkey visual experience across the William H.G. FitzGerald Tennis Center during the July 25–August 2 tournament.
Contracted through Crionet, GoVision deployed more than 1,100 LED panels throughout the venue, utilizing a combination of 3.9mm and 4.8mm LED across Center Court and four additional courts. The deployment included large-format scoreboards, perimeter displays, fan-facing screens and other digital technologies designed to keep spectators connected to the action throughout the tournament.
Center Court served as the centerpiece of the installation, featuring three 4.8mm LED scoreboards, each measuring approximately 28 feet by 16 feet. Two displays faced inward toward fans inside the stadium, while a third faced outward beyond the seating bowl. GoVision also installed 3.9mm LED perimeter displays around Center Court and along the second-level perimeter.
The technology extended throughout the tennis center, with smaller LED scoreboards and shot clocks supporting the tournament’s four additional courts. GoVision also deployed three VERSA Carts in high-traffic areas, including the Players Lounge and Market Square, providing additional flexibility for event content and fan engagement.
More than 117 televisions, ranging from 50 to 75 inches, were installed throughout the venue as part of the broader technology deployment. Combined with the LED displays, scoreboards, shot clocks and mobile displays, the system created a unified visual network supporting live scoring, match information, tournament content, sponsorship and fan-facing messaging.
“Tennis is a little unique because you have multiple courts going at the same time, and fans are constantly moving throughout the venue,” said Patrick Carlile, Vice President of Sports and Entertainment at GoVision. “We needed a mix of solutions to make sure fans could stay connected to the action, from the large LED displays on Center Court to smaller scoreboards, shot clocks and traditional TVs throughout the venue.”
Delivering that mix required more than simply supplying equipment. With multiple courts, fan areas and viewing environments spread across the tennis center, GoVision coordinated the deployment as one turnkey project, bringing together different display formats and systems while managing execution across the venue.
That ability to manage the full scope of a complex sporting event—from large-format LED on Center Court to scoreboards, shot clocks, televisions and mobile displays throughout the grounds—is central to GoVision’s approach to live events. By combining planning, deployment and execution under one team, GoVision helps event partners create a consistent visual experience across the entire venue.
The Mubadala DC Open project represented another opportunity for GoVision to demonstrate its ability to support large-scale sporting events with flexible, integrated LED and display solutions. GoVision is scheduled to return for the 2027 tournament, continuing its partnership with the event and its technology team.
From Center Court to the outer courts and fan gathering spaces in between, GoVision delivered a comprehensive LED and display experience designed to keep fans connected to the action throughout the venue.
